Mission Biodiversity: Choosing new paths for conservation
The Society for Conservation Biology (SCB) is proud to team up for the first time with Agropolis international and the French Foundation for Research on Biodiversity (FRB) to host the 27th International Congress for Conservation Biology (ICCB) and the 4th European Congress for Conservation Biology (ECCB) to be held on August 2-6, 2015 in Montpellier, France.
22-23 June 2015, Brussels, Belgium
In the presence of Commissioner Moedas, this conference will bring together some 500 participants from key research and innovation organisations to discuss EU policies on three interconnected topics: Open Science, the European Research Area and Innovation.
The conference will cover a broad range of issues including:

Systematics, the science that underpins biology
This three-day meeting of the Systematics Association will be held at the University of Oxford and comprises four thematic sessions and contributed papers:

Green Week 2015 Nature – our health, our wealth
The 2015 edition of Green Week, the biggest annual conference on European environment policy, will take place from 3 to 5 June at The Egg Conference Centre, Rue Bara, in Brussels. The theme will be nature and biodiversity.
This is the second SciLifeLab workshop on Biodiversity and Evolution and the theme of this workshop is Environmental Genomics.
The workshop will take place at SciLifeLab in Uppsala June 1, 2015.
There will be ample time for discussion, as the aim is to stimulate collaborations.

Organised by the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), this international technical expert workshop will focus on identifying, accessing, compiling and aggregating domestic and international biodiversity-related investments and their impacts.
CEBioS stands for ‘Capacities for Biodiversity and Sustainable Development’ and is also known as ‘the DGD-RBINS programme’.
